Salford City is recruiting Foundation Phase and Youth Development Phase Coaches for our Academy.
Our Academy is currently going through an exciting period of growth, and you will play a key role working closely alongside our Lead YDP Coach and Lead FP Coach, as well as with the Head of Academy Coaching to deliver an elite coaching programme for players in the Youth Development Phase or the Foundation Phase, in line with the Club’s coaching syllabus and football philosophy.
The role will also play a critical part in delivering a leading-edge football program, with a key focus on maximising the potential of our young players.

The successful applicants will have experience of working with Foundation Phase or Youth Development players within an Academy environment or similar.
You will also have a UEFA B Licence or higher; FA Youth Award and FA Advanced Youth Award; FA Safeguarding qualification; a FA Emergency First Aid in Football qualification (or willingness to complete course ASAP after successful appointment); and you will have enhanced DBS Clearance including safeguarding qualifications.
